7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Due to the nature of research peptides, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds except where products arrive damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied.

Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be made within 48 hours of delivery by contacting [email protected] with your order number and photographic evidence. Exchanges (replacements) are offered only where items arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or are confirmed lost in transit. We do not offer exchanges for change of mind.

Where a lost shipment is confirmed by the carrier, Nu You will offer a replacement or full refund.

8. No Resale or Redistribution

Products may not be resold, repackaged, or redistributed without prior written consent from the seller.
