2. Schedule 4 (Prescription-Only) Status

Many peptides are classified as Schedule 4 (prescription-only medicines) under the Poisons Standard (Therapeutic Goods Administration, Australia). Sale, supply, possession, or use without lawful authority may be illegal. By purchasing from this website, you confirm that you have the legal authority to acquire and handle these products.

7. Orders, Payment & Shipping

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if we believe products may be misused or acquired unlawfully.
  • Payment must be made in full prior to shipping.
  • Shipping times are estimates only and we accept no liability for delays outside our control.
  • Products are shipped with “For Research Use Only – Not for Human Consumption”.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Due to the nature of research peptides, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds except where products arrive damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied.

Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be made within 48 hours of delivery by contacting support@nuyou.au with your order number and photographic evidence. Exchanges (replacements) are offered only where items arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or are confirmed lost in transit. We do not offer exchanges for change of mind.

Where a lost shipment is confirmed by the carrier, Nu You will offer a replacement or full refund.

9. No Resale or Redistribution

Products may not be resold, repackaged, or redistributed without prior written consent from the seller.
